A magical stay in a majestic location

Pros: As a frequent traveller and lover of Istanbul it is fair to say that this property has quickly skyrocketed to the tip of my list of favourite places to stay in the majestic city of Istanbul. An artfully curated hotel perfectly blending the new with the tradition. My stay was exceptional. Flawless. From the warm Turkish hospitality before arrival to the seamless and attention to detail service throughout. The only downside is leaving. A huge thank you to all the incredible staff throughout - from the front desk (Tufan), dining venues (Mehmet Emin), spa (Emel) and of course a very big thanks to 24/7 support (Symbat and Omer). I can’t say thank you enough or recommend Aliée enough. Can’t wait to be back.

Pros: We really loved our stay... everything was beautiful and thoughtfully done. Especially the design, the cozy atmosphere, and the wonderful staff. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Pros: The property is sparkling clean, all the rooms are enormous and amenities are just great!

Cons: The service - the create a WA group to be in touch with all the demand. Our butler was Omar - just great!

Pros: An exceptional hotel with a very strong sense of calm and quality. The staff is discreet, helpful, and consistently polite. The location is excellent, and the interiors are tasteful and well considered. The spa was one of the main reasons we booked and it truly stands out. The gym is outstanding — easily among the best in the city. Breakfast is very good, and the hotel works extremely well for a work stay, offering comfort, privacy, and the possibility to fully relax without leaving the property.

Cons: Nothing in particular. Even in bad weather, the hotel offers enough space, facilities, and atmosphere to stay in comfortably.

Pros: Локация супер, отель супер, все новое, вкусное, шикарная территория. В спортзале есть прикольный тренажер с резинками, советую попробовать

Αξίζει η διαμονή στο νέο κομμάτι που έχουν διαμορφώσει στην πόλη Istambul Tersane: Θα ξαναπήγαινα

Pros: Η αισθητική και η προσοχή στις λεπτομέριες ήταν εντυπωσιακή, φανταστική τοποθεσία, καταπληκτικό spa. Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά φιλικό και πρόθυμο. Τα δωμάτια μεγάλα και πολύ άνετα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπήγαινα.

Cons: Το service (και στο ετσιατόριο αλλά και συνολικά) χρειάζεται συντονισμό, ενώ είναι όλοι πολύ πρόθυμοι και ευγενικοί, κάπως τελικά αδυνατούν να ικανοποιήσουν τα ζητούμενα - κυρίως χρονικά. Το φαγητό στο in room dining δεν ήταν καλό, και πολύ ακριβό. Θεωρώ ότι επειδή είναι πολύ καινούργιο, δεν έχει περάσει ο απαραίτητος χρόνος για να τελειοποιήσουν το κομμάτι του service.

Завтраки вкусные, номера стильные и очень комфортные, а локация — одна из самых удачных в Стамбуле.

Pros: Наше пребывание в Aliee было настолько комфортным и уютным, будто мы были дома! Спасибо всему персоналу за невероятную заботу и внимание к мелочам. Это однозначно один из лучших отелей и локаций в Стамбуле. Обязательно вернёмся! 👍

Место куда хочется вернуться снова

Pros: Великолепный номер , все продумано до мелочей , эстетичный дизайн , отличный завтрак , лучший сервис , который я встречала в Стамбуле . Наши персональные ассистенты Сымбат и Омер - просто выше всех похвал , очень заботливые и отзывчивые , по случаю нашей годовщины украсили наш номер , приготовили сюрприз - это было очень мило , помогали со всеми возникшими вопросами .

Cons: Сначала заселили не в тот номер , что я забронировала , но очень быстро исправили ситуацию благодаря нашему персональному Батлеру

Pros: Une delle migliori esperienze degli ultimi anni. Personale incredibilmente professionale, disponibile e accogliente. Struttura curata nei dettagli, elegante, pulita, standard elevati.

Pros: Очень хороший отель, реальные 5 звезд, отзывчивый персонал, буду в Стамбуле всегда там останавливаться

Cons: Такси при вызове не возможно поставить точку отъезда или приезда возле отеля
