Amazing experience and welcoming staff

Pros: I came with my friends and we liked the location, it was very clean and we got new towels and water every day. The staff was very very kind and helpful. We would always chose to come back here we had an amazing stay. Thanks to the whole team again!☺️

Cons: The walls were a bit thin so you could hear the other guests. We were not much bothered by it but you should consider that when staying.

Pros: Everything was great. The hotel team were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and they kindly allowed us a very early check-in. They were always attentive to our needs and made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent, right next to a metro station and within walking distance to attractions like Galata Tower and Taksim Square.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for four nights and honestly, it was a wonderful experience. The reception staff were absolutely brilliant—we met four different staff members during our stay, and every single one of them was exceptional. I fell quite sick while in Istanbul, and the reception team was incredibly helpful in arranging a doctor’s appointment and assisting us with everything we needed. The hotel is very close to all the main tourist spots in Istanbul and is also highly wheelchair-accessible, which was very important for us as my mom uses a wheelchair. The location was extremely convenient, and it was also budget-friendly. We booked a three-bed room—while the room size was a bit on the smaller side, it was still comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in a busy city

Pros: The staff were literally amazing. So friendly and helpful. I rarely see hotel staff that welcoming. The rooms are very clean! They clean everyday and place new bottles of water on your table. The amenities are all good and we did not face any problem. The metro station (Șhișane) is right next to the hotel which is very convenient.

Cons: Although the metro station is right next to the hotel, however it is a bit of a steep road, but manageable.

Pros: We came back from a cruise. We let the lougage in the morning and visit the Istanbul. The stuff was very nice. We received water. We also had coffee and tea. The location was perfect.

Pros: Location and staff was very friendly and accompdative

Cons: Hills of istanbul where in walkin can be irritating but if you want to stay fit better love walking 🚶‍♂️ 😉
