Wonderful stay at one of the best hotels in Istanbul.

Pros: The view is spectacular, the beds are very comfortable, the location is perfect and the staff is great!

Cons: The hotel is sending too many e-mails for upgrades but these are paid upgrades.

Breathe taking view

Very confortable rooms and great amenities.

Pros: Very confortable rooms, top gym and relaxing hot pool.

Cons: Restaurant staff is not quick and efficient as one would expect in a hotel like this. Some do not even speak English. Very slow and confusing during breakfast and very slow during diner even tough the restaurant was almost empty.

The staff were exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, delivering true five-star service from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended—I look forward to staying again.

The best

Pros: Everything was just perfect — one of the best hotel stays of our lives (for my husband as well!). The room was spacious and comfortable, the spa was wonderful, and the restaurant food (IST TOO) was simply amazing. We had the best Christmas dinner thanks to Chef Şevket Cihan. I also want to mention the entire hotel team — what incredible people! They were so kind and friendly, and they took great care of us and our 3-and-a-half-year-old son, who was… let’s say, a bit loud. 😄 P.S. The rooms are extremely quiet, which is very important in a city like Istanbul. All in all — we’re coming back to Shangri-La as soon as possible.❤️
