Amazing stay!

Pros: Great Property! We had a long delay and the check in was done at 2am with no issues at all! Great staff and very friendly! Amenities very close by and the area is very clean, safe and beautiful! The room was extremely spacious and loved the amenities it provided!

Pros: The staff, the cleanliness and the location were superb. Very satisfied with our stay.

Cons: The road leading up to the hotel is very steep. That is my only complaint.

It was a comfortable stay and the staff were very helpful

Pros: Accessible to friends staying at the Swissotel. It was very clean and the staff were very comfortable

Cons: In the information file it said they offered a “complimentary” breakfast but there wasn’t one. Maybe the wording needs to change. They changed my sheets and towels everyday but perhaps they could have offered guests the option of every other day?

Pros: Location, caring and attentive personnel, and value for money

Cons: Getting off a car/taxi can be problematic given the narrow road leading to the hotel

Pros: The staff are perfect very helpful and kind, perfect spot for eating out, supermarket 10meters down, shopping and doctor offices nearby

Cons: Cleaning service is perfect. But the rooms are a little worn out. The curtains and carpets need in depth cleaning. Still it is my favorite place to stay in Istanbul
