Pros: Clean room, convenient kitchen and convenient shower.

Cons: Air conditioner was probably broken and it was hard to fall asleep without it working. Also was pretty sad ti find out windows were looking at neighbors house, but I think next time ai'll take a room with view on the street.

Great location, practical rooms - but beware of the noise from the street!

Pros: Modern and tastefully decorated, air-conditioned studio style accommodation with a kitchenette. Pots & pans and cutlery & crockery are available Spacious room with a modern bathroom. I like the sustainable practice of cleaning the room and providing extra toweling on request. Central location surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

Cons: Centrally located in a buzzing street that is alive till 2-3 am in the morning. So, the noise from the streets disturbed my sleep quite often. Lighting in the room and bathroom could have been better - found it hard to even pack the bags properly. Few tea bags and a small long-life milk pack could have made the first morning upon arrival a bit smoother.

Perfect apartment in a lovely location.

Pros: The staff was amazing, super friendly and ready to help. The location in Beşiktaş is perfect, close to the Bosphorus and close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment is cute and you have inside everything you need. The check in procedure is super easy and one of the best I found while traveling.

Very pleasant and calm stay.

Pros: Very good location for reasonable price. Clean room. Everything needed was provided. The host was great! Very understanding, replied fast to my questions and he was always ready to assist if we needed any help. Would visit the hotel again when in Istanbul!

Cons: The AC needed a professional cleaning, which is not ideal for people with allergies. I hope they address this issue soon. I can't say how the AC's in the other rooms were, since I haven't seen them, they might be OK.

Pros: Beautifully decorated and stylish, spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location and easy to access.

Cons: Unfortunately the bedroom was immediately inside the door of the apartment and sound travelled easily. The lift was right outside our room so if anyone used the lift, we were woken up in the night. This made the bedroom not feel very private. The lighting was beautiful but too dim when it came to packing my suitcase!

A lovely place in a great location but it needs some attention to details

Pros: I’m giving 10 points because the overall experience was good and I appreciate the effort. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, with great communication via WhatsApp. The staff were responsive and helpful, even if only virtually. The neighborhood is pleasant to stay in. Also, it’s worth noting for future guests: this is not a typical hotel. There is no reception or staff on-site. If you need anything (like fresh towels, cleaning, etc.), you have to request every time. So it’s important to set expectations correctly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place — especially for independent travelers who value flexibility — but I hope the team keeps working on the little things that make a great place truly exceptional.

Cons: However, to really live up to a 10/10 experience, some maintenance issues should be addressed. In my room, for example, the tap was stiff and hard to use, and one of the power sockets was coming off the wall etc. Small things, but they matter — especially when you’re aiming for excellence. The Wi-Fi connection was also disappointing — slow and frequently interrupted, which could be a serious inconvenience for those working remotely or needing reliable internet

I definitely recommend this place!

Pros: — very hospital staff — nice location, many historical landmarks around, many shops and cafes, 10 minutes by foot to a ferry station, 10 minutes by taxi to skyscrapers and a huge shopping center — convenient kitchen, all the dishes are in good condition — beautiful interior — good wifi

Cons: A bit noisy at night (but you’re in the center of a 16 million city, lol)

Beautiful stay in Istanbul!

Pros: Everything was amazing!! The communication with the staff, the information about the entry and the suite was beautiful! The area was perfect, everything was nearby and easy to find. The staff was friendly enough to give us an hour later checkout 😊 We were completely stunned by the cleanliness and the apartment!! It was perfect for a 5 days stay and the terrace was amazing for beautiful evenings The grill on the terrace functioned perfectly fine, there were everything you needed for a perfect stay. We will definitely come back to tare houses for our next Istanbul Trip ✨️

Pros: Everything was perfect, and some things were even better than most 5 star hotels. I am really impressed indeed

Pros: The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the communication with the owner was also top knotch!

Cons: Central Besiktas is a noisy area in general, keep that it mind. Also, we would appreciate room cleaning at least every two nights, at least for taking out the trash and providing some toiletries.
