Ruby Hotel

Pros: Great location in a lovely area of Istanbul with lots of bars and cafes. I had a very big room on the 3rd foor and I had to use 2 elevators to get there. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was good.

Cons: I was not offered tea during my first breakfast that was included in the price. I didn’t know that and ordered coffee and paid separately. After checking out I asked personnel of the cafe to put some cheese in a fridge. For some reason he put it in a freezer. That was very surprising.

Pros: Everything! The host Abdullah was very kind person and helped us for everything!

Extremely comfortable room. Close to everything. Friendly staff.

Pros: The bed was absolutely like sleeping in heaven... pity only slept for 5 hours....

Great location, good price, excellent room

Pros: The location of Ruby Hotel was very convenient for the tourist sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, it was a short walk to a main bus station. The room itself was a great size, included a mini-fridge with free water, tea, and coffee. There was a standing closet to store clothing. The bedside table had lamps with light switches next to the bed. The shower had great water pressure and warm water. The room included a radiator heater and an a/c unit. There was a TV but I did not turn it on to see what channels were offered. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap were included. They also had a hair dryer in the bathroom. Room service was excellent!

Cons: The lights in the room would sometimes cut out briefly, but overall they worked okay. The in-room safe was not working properly (could no unlock it).

I liked the place so much that I renewed my stay there for a longer period, and I thank once again M

Pros: It was very excellent treatment from all management members, especially Mr. Abdullah, with his understanding of the customers and his assistance to them at all times and with all respect.

Pros: This Hotel is perfect for short stay or layover in Istanbul. Staff was very nice in particular Abdullah.

Good, no nonsense, basic services

Pros: Breakfast was good local produce nicely presented. Should offer coffee as part of breakfast deal.

Cons: Shower & bath facility needs a little maintenance
