Wonderful stay

Pros: We traveled as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The reception was available 24/7, and the staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. It’s centrally located in a popular neighborhood, yet tucked away on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, drugstores, bakeries, bars, and exchange offices just steps away.

Cons: Everything was great.

Cons: Rooms were not soundproofed so guests in other rooms and outside room could hear which used to disturb us.

Pros: Great location, around many bars and restaurants, however it is tucked into a corner where you can escape the noise of the busy main streets. great aesthetic and modern looking rooms with a great design appeal

Very nice hotel, you wont regret

Pros: Very nice hotel in the center of Istanbul. Even though its just in the Old Town crowd street, in the hotel you hear nothing from it. Clean, comfy, staff is nice and helpful. Room is comfortable, easy access, everything is working. Modern design, shower is good. Tea/water update every day. Location is very convenient, not so far from metro, very close to bus stations and ferrys! Huge amount of coffee places and restaurants.

Cons: Just one thing - its soundproof from the streets, but not from other rooms/hallway. As usual hotel room, there is no buffer zone between the door and bedside. You will probably hear other guest talking throw the wall, and everybody who is in the hallway. but again, as usual in the hotels..

Pros: This is the best Hotel , everything is fantastic , for the staff , location and all I will come again and again

Cons: Some of the other guests let this place down by not thinking about others. It’s a shame and not the fault of the hotel

Pros: Everything was perfect, super clean, and cleaned daily. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly. The hotel was very modern, and the location was PERFECT. I would love to stay there again every time. Additionally, there is a wonderful massage and hammam shower in the basement at a very fair price. Definitely would come back again 👌👌

Pros: The hotel is amazing! The room looked exactly like the pictures, if not even bigger than expected. The staff were lovely and helped me out with getting a scale to weigh my carry on bag. They provided recommendations and a map, unlike other hotels I stayed at in Istanbul. The location is great and even though the hotel is just off a main area you cannot hear anything from the street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic hotel

Pros: Clean room, everything is fresh and not used! Good value for money

Cons: Some mornings the power went on and off for few seconds but it did not affect me !

Pros: It was new so it was clean. Had a central location easy access to food and drinks.

Cons: They restricted guests from visiting the rooms, you have to meet with guests at the reception, but when we insisted they allowed.
