Pros: Perfectly located to enjoy Beşiktaş' restaurants and streetlife. Beşiktaş J.K. played in a local derby the night I stayed and the street atmosphere was amazing.

Pros: Great value for the money. The room was very clean and the staff extremely hospitable. Even though the property is in a busy area, there was no noise inside. The lighting could be improved, but overall I had a very good experience.

Pros: I recommend booking at the Capital Hotel. It’s so clean and the location is great. Also I have to mention that the staff are really helpfull and friendly especially Sevilay who helped us in every possible way. Much recommended!

Greate location, could be better

Pros: The hotel’s location is really good. Check in and check out is easy. Staff was helpful.

Cons: The room is a little bit small. Especially the bathroom was not clean, sound insulation is poor, and the biggest problem is that our rooms windows were looking into the backyard - practically like a basement and there was an ac that was really noisy.

Pros: The room looked exactly like in the pictures. The whole experience was very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and most importantly, the room was spotlessly clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also very convenient, being close to both the ferry and bus stations, which made getting around much easier.

Pros: The room was big and clean and the staff were very warm and helpful

Cons: It’s not about the property specifically however we experienced in our stay the area around not having water for a whole day , and another day there was no hot water

Büşra and the team are the best

Pros: Centrally located, the hotel made it easy to get around and explore. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. A special mention to Büşra, who stood out with her warmth and attentive service — she really made our stay more enjoyable.

Cons: It was all amazing.

Pros: Staff very gentle, and available to satisfy your needs. Position in a very nice plenty of services. The room was clean.

Cons: The bathroom was without the glassing door, all the water was flowing out, I had to ask for something to collect the water.
