Valente Suites&Hotel

Pros: The staff members were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent assistance. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The hotel's location is conveniently situated near numerous coffee shops, supermarkets, and other amenities.

Pros: The place is great and with enough space. The personnel are very friendly.

Cons: The windows didn't close well which didn't help to isolate street noise and there is no real black out which would be great to have.

Highly recommend the place

Pros: The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful with everything we needed - ice, blankets, etc. They saved us a parking space in front of the hotel, which was really convenient for us. The hotel is super clean and modern. The area is full of great restaurants and cafes and it is close to the ferries, which means easy access to the rest of the city. Although the area is really busy and crowded, the windows were thick enough and the room was not noisy. The location is on the main street of Besiktas, but not on the most noisy part of the street, plus our window was not overlooking the main street.

Cons: Everything was great. We were a little hot at times, but we did not want to keep the window open because of mosquitoes and the air conditioning system was not set to cooling (which is completely normal at the end of November).

Pros: Recommend the place, very good location in Besiktas close to multiple cafes, restaurants and stores. The rooms are big, the beds are king size and comfy. The reception is working 24/7 and the guys on the reception helped us a lot with multiple advices for places to visit, transport, etc.

Cons: It can be a little noisy sometimes, especially if all the windows are not closed. The shower cap in our room was broken.

Generally good value for money

Pros: I liked the room, clean and nice design. Very nice and kind staff.

Cons: The bed was too short. The neighborhood is noisy and dirty

Pros: Receptionists they were great really. Good people everything was good.

A nice choice for Istanbul

Pros: First of all o would like to say that the staff is very good and nice. The guys from the reception helped us whenever we had some questions. The apartment was clean and good equipped. We had such an amazing trip to Istanbul and was a good idea to stay in Valente Suites & Hotel. I had a good surprise from the staff for my birthday, they congratulated me with a small cake, very sweet gesture.

Cons: Even though the apartment was good equipped, an iron would be nice to have in the apartment. Another moment that bothered us was the noise of the street, lots of bikes honking and cars are driving around with loud music. If it is not a big problem for you, than you are good.

Fantastic location and staff. The suite was great too with a good view from the balcony.

Pros: The property is in the bustling locality of Beşiktaş. Great walks nearby. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The balcony is private and has decent view.

Great location and room for a good price

Pros: The hotel is in a very nice location in Besiktas, you have cafes and restaurants everywhere! The night life is amazing, very lively. It also has a great connection to the rest of Istanbul with the ferry, tram and bus. The room itself was clean, spacious and had everything you need. If something was missing you could just ask the friendly staff who can also speak English. I would go here again if I visit Istanbul again!

Cons: There were some loud noises in the morning (sounded like a heavy door falling), but it was bearable.

This is the second time I have come and stayed there. This is proof that the location and the staff are very good.
