Luxury stay for half price.

Pros: Clean room, well equipped, nice staff. All I needed for 3 days business trip.

Good solution in Besiktas

Pros: Great location in a very interesting district. Great price for an hotel in Istanbul and staff very warm. The room was clean everyday and is well appreciated. Room service great and cheap for the quality of the food and service.

Cons: I invite to upgrade some services in the hotel: a) Two small bottle of water in the refrigerator for a 4 stars hotel is unfair, simply is not a service; b) the staff must understand English being in a cosmopolitan city. Several request in English and nobody be able to satisfy me c) please check the bath where the perfume was not good

Pros: It was a beautify hotel in the centre of baciktas. Value for money

Cons: the hotel charged me the hotel rate which was higher instead of the rate I got from bookings.com. You would notice this because all payments and transitions were done in Turkish, so only realized when I got a debit alert.

Pros: The staff could not do enough for us, every query or request was met by them, they went above and beyond to help . The room was very comfy, kept clean and well stocked with water and refreshments. If you needed any extra you only had to call and it was brought to your room immediately. The food in the restaurant was lovely. The hotel is well placed to visit all what Istanbul has to offer.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

Pros: Great staff, helped us a lot in everything! By the end of the trip they knew our breakfast order and they used to just get it as soon as we sat down. Rooms are very clean as well and location is well connected.
