Pros: The location in Suadiye is excellent, right on Bağdat Avenue with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and close to the seaside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel offered a comfortable and convenient base for my stay in Istanbul.

Cons: Overall, there was not much to complain about. Some areas of the hotel and a few rooms could benefit from modernization or small upgrades to make the overall experience feel more contemporary.

The best Turkey experience

Pros: Amazing room, location and BREAKFAST! Staff were super friendly and the location was at the center of Bagdat Street. Our room with sea view gave us spectacular “good mornings” during our stay. Breakfast was a bufeet and you can find the most of the delicious Turkish food with high quality. Everynight we were longing for the next breakfast. I can definitely recommend this place.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time I have returned is due to the experience I have. Firstly, from the moment of check in, starting with the lovely young lady who assisted me and the staff member who took me to my room, to the point of check out where the staff assisted me with late check-out, leaving my luggage in the waiting from and offering to arrange airport transport, they have been absolutely amazing and polite. I love the hotel mainly due to location and the sea view rooms are my favourite.

Cons: It’s not a reason to stop me returning, but the menu needs upgrading with more exciting options for vegetarians / vegans please. Minus the menu, there is no other issues.

Cons: The bar at the roof top had great views but the price for two beers was ridiculous so we only went there once
