Modern, clean, good breakfast

Pros: Modern, clean, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, location ok not far away from shopping malls

Cons: Smell of cigarets could smell even on floor 7, so thin walls can hear neighbours. For 5 star hotel was surprised what we didn’t have bath robes a specially for spa area , no disposable toothbrushes/ toothpaste normally everywhere we went it was included

Pros: Everything was perfect! Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The only issue was that the ventilation in the toilet was not working. They should check this more regularly

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was nice. The staff is very helpful and kind. The restaurant on the 15th floor has a beautiful view and normal prices. A big shopping centre Hilltown with walk distance. Thank you for the late checkout 🙏

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable for stay inside , the mall is only 500 m by walking which good also !

Cons: We went for New Year days and Gala Dinner price to high for guests of the hotel , it must be other price actually , plus it was my birthday one of these days , nothing special was proposed for me

Pros: The property was lovely, facilities where good and staff friendly

Cons: There was a few things, like the carpet needed a good clean, the lamp in my room wasn’t working. Other than that overall my room was clean and the hotel itself was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel was really cool and had a wonderful swimming pool. Nearby was the Hilltown shopping Mall which had much to add to our eating and shopping options.

Cons: A bit too far from the usual attractions but still near interesting things like the Princes Islands and Kadiköy.
