AMAZING HOTEL

Pros: I enjoyed everything about this hotel Super staff, absolutely very polite and helpful a specially Meltem Ufak The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable.I had amazing time in this hotel it was so so good I have no words to describe cleanliness room,bathroom most amazing thing was the staff thank you so much highly recommended

Excellent hotel and staff

Pros: The staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel was perfect and food was lovely

Cons: The roof top terrace did not open until 3pm which was a shame. It was also closed Sundays

Pros: Very convenient location near Bostanci metro station. Nice well equipped large room, and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

price performance hotel . break fast was nice .

Pros: House keeping Mrs. Serpil was so friendly and ready to help with any issue . thanks alot. Room service was really fast within 3 minutes they bring it to ylur room.

Cons: I asked for Gordons gin but from the taste Im sure it was Gilbays . I did not drink it ofcourse and taste it next day again with a fresh mouth just to be sure , again no change Im sure it was not Gordons...

Really good

Pros: Very helpful because I became late arrival ..Ehab was fabulous. Room was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely bed. Bathroom was also clean and modern.

Pros: Very clean, nice fresh smell of the room. Staff were very helpful and smiling. Food was nice. No fault

Good place to stay and to come back again.

Pros: Room was not brand brand new in terms of design, but clean and cozzy. Breakfast was good in my oppinion, good choice of fresh food (just missed bakhlava in the morning :) ). As to location, may be not the best if you want to visit historical places, but since I came there for work and office of our partners was just near, it was very convinient for me to stay in the hotel. If I come next time to meet our business Partners, for sure will book this hotel again. Also, I really want to thank Hotel Team, all of them were very hospitale and helpflull!
