Kerthill Hotel

Pros: The staff were very kind and professional, especially at the reception. We were warmly welcomed, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had excellent access to public transportation.

Noting

Pros: The hotel is very clean. Communication is very good. If I come back to Turkey and Istanbul, it will be on my list. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: The fire alarm went off at 3 a.m. It was caused by smoking in the room. No criminal charges were filed against the person. That was the only negative point. They did not provide a credible .

Pros: The hotel is clean, has good central location near medical university, mosque, hospital, restaurant and market, it is safe and veey clean area.

Pros: The staff at reception were amazing especially the night receptionist who gave us a prayer mat 🙌

Cons: Hairs on the floor, shower drain is clogged

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and were highly impressed with the services provided. In my opinion, it offers excellent value for money. If I find myself with work obligations in the vicinity again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel once more.

Cons: While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the breakfast menu remained the same for three days, served on a single plate. Although the quality was good, a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Additionally, there was a lingering smell of smoke in my room, specifically emanating from the bathroom. Lastly, one of the receptionists did not exhibit the friendliest demeanor. Despite these minor inconveniences, I believe they are relatively small issues. Overall, I still recommend the hotel based on its positive aspects.

Pros: Хотелът е чудесен. Има паркинг,което беше важно за нас.Много чисто,стаите са чудесни,закуската ни хареса,персоналът беше отзивчив и любезен.Имахме проблем с интернета и веднага смениха стаята ни. В близост има метро.
