Enjoyed my stay, food could have been a bit better and more choices.

Pros: The front desk manager, Mehtinaz, she was lovely. There was an afternoon receptionist who was wearing glasses, he was amazing and extremely helpful. The guy that worked late afternoon to evening behind the bar was very helpful too. The woman that cleaned the room every day was so sweet and so hardworking. The two older guys at breakfast were grumpy, a bit rude and not very accommodating. The seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Cons: Maybe a bigger choice of bfast items as it was quite limited.

Pros: The breakfast was nice, and location was slightly up the hill.

Cons: Too many people smoking and smell could get into your room hard to get rid of it as I am non smoker

Pros: Staff is ready to help. You can call and ask if you need an iron or other stuff. Breakfast is really delicious. Chief Murat Yusel is really kind and helpful! Room is cleaned and ready every morning alongside refreshments. There is bus station from which you can go to Kadikoy or other destinations.

Pour un 2ème séjour à Istanbul, j'ai choisi le même hôtel car j'ai eu une bonne expérience .

Pros: Hôtel très correct, la chambre spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner très bien fourni avec des choix au goût de tout le monde. Le personnel très agréable.
