Pros: I want to thank all the staff for making our short holiday exceptional, especially the reception and housekeeping teams. Everybody was very polite and helped us in every possible way. The hotel was very nice, the room size was very good, and there was plenty of space to put our things. Breakfast varieties could perhaps be improved, but overall we left the hotel very happy.

Pros: Modern, well maintained building. Room was very comfortable. Very clean. Gym was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Complementary water every day. Room was serviced every day. Good towels. Good shower. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety. Very fresh.

I would stau again in this hotel

Pros: Lovely room, lovely view. I got an upgrade to a junior suite and it was absolutely great. The bed and pillows so comfortable. Staff very friendly Ibrahim and his colleagues. Worth the money.

Cons: I expected a little more variation of food at the breakfast. Also the waiter was not careful enough when I asked decaf coffee and got a caffeine one. Fortunately I drank just a little. I think there should more training to people serving F&D regarding peoples allergies.

Pros: The breakfast was great as expected. The room service was also quite fast and efficient.

Cons: The reception can be a bit more friendly. They are polite but they forgot to bring our luggage upstairs and I had to do it by myself.
