Perfect stay for a business trip

Pros: We have stayed a week at this facility, that was absolutly perfect for a business trip. The personel of the hotel was very welcoming and accomodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I definitly recommand this hotel

Cons: Everthing was perfect, nothing to report about any negative point

Pros: Place is great and I would definitely recommend it

Cons: My experience with Hotel owners in Türkiye they will always deny that your booking is paid ,they always want to take a chance even though you present your proof of payment.

Comfortable but the internet is not good

Pros: Everything is perfect and the service is also top and we feel comfortable there. The price also is so good. Everything is near to you the supermarket and the pharmacy and the shops. Reception is amazing also.

Cons: Actually the only thing that they need to fix it and to find the solution about it is the internet (weak signal) .

Pros: My stay at the Business Class Hotel in Istanbul was excellent. The staff, especially Omar and Aria, were incredibly helpful and ensured that all our needs were met. Their friendliness and professionalism made our stay extra pleasant. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The room we were given was spacious and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The amenities were exactly as described, and everything worked perfectly. The price-quality ratio of the Business Class Hotel is impressive. For a reasonable price, we received high-quality service and a comfortable stay, making it an excellent choice for both business travelers and tourists. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Istanbul. Thanks to the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

Cons: Breakfast can better.

Pros: Employees are very nice. They supported me with the additional information. They have provided me an invoice in English language even if it was not possible because normally they are providing it in Turkish language.

We fell in love with this hotel and the area (Istanbul is not the only thing that matters)

Pros: The people who work there handled our visit with so much care and love, cleaned our room every morning, made sure we had everything we asked for. They’re extremely kind. The hotel is open 24/7 which means you can have fun for as long as you want outside and be back to your room whenever you want. The breakfast is simple but that’s all a human needs to start the day good. Make sure to explore Küçükçekmece because it offers more thank you think. Loooooved the place, laughed aaaaaaa lot seeing how people in this area behave.

Cons: The bathroom - the shower glass door was not installed properly so whenever we took showers (with the glass door shut properly of course) the bathroom would flood. So we had to use towels all the time to make sure the water doesn’t leak into the room. Also the bathroom sink wasn’t installed properly so whenever we washed our hands, the water would leak out and get to our feet while standing by the sink. It was a bit hard to deal with that but umm it’s a brand new hotel as we noticed so they probably need more time to get everything running properly. Also, when we arrived, what I noticed in the bathroom is water stains on the shower handle and the sink handle. It didn’t look dirty but it was weird to see, water stains? Another thing is: before you book this hotel, make sure you’re ready to either rent a car to get to the center of Istanbul or do as we did: take the metro train first for at least 10 stations and then a tram for 8-10 stations. It was sooooo tiring and we had no idea it would be like that. We thought there was a single metro line connecting the place of our hotel to the center of Istanbul.

Pros: I booked a single room for 5 nights. I found the hotel to be clean, new modern style and cozy, with everything I needed. Great shower! The hotel is located in a less touristic side of the city which suited me and there are plenty of places to eat around and buses to get around. The staff were friendly and very helpful - thank you so much! I will note that as a solo female traveller, I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel and in tbe area. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Not a huge problem for but worth commenting on for others: it''s not the most soundproofed building, so you can hear people in the adjacent rooms talking sometimes. The hotel is slightly off a main road so you be prepared for street noises. The room can get very warm due to the radiator being on so you will probably need to open the window at some point as the air con system didn't function.

Pros: New hotel, the second building is still under construction. So far there is no smell of cigarettes in the room like in most hotels in Türkiye. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Small parking at 4 cars aviable. Good smiling stuff

Cons: The room is cleaned every day, but for some reason they don’t provide toilet paper and soap and shampoos; And after cleaning hair often remains on the floor Unstable, weak Wi-Fi. The audibility of the walls does not allow you to sleep, since the hotel is located in a rather busy area where there is constant noise and there is a mosque opposite it. There is no coffee or oatmeal with milk for breakfast.
