Pros: We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM, well before the official check-in time, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. For an extra 15 euros, they arranged a room for us right away, which we really appreciated after a long trip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One minor downside was that the walls weren’t well soundproofed — we could hear even small sounds like someone coughing. At one point, the staff knocked on our door just to check if everything was okay, which was a nice gesture, though a bit unusual. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Metrobus, and the place is easy to find. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few quirks.

Very good hotel with a competitive price

Pros: In my visit to Istanbul i only needed a place to sleep at night, because it was my first time to visit Turkey and i wanted to explore it. This hotel fulfilled my needs because the room and bathroom were clean, it had a TV and a fridge, and the hotel's place was excellent, it was so near it took two minutes walking to the bus stop where you can go anywhere you want in istanbul and also was near to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

Pros: Ivery clean, the staff was very nice , very good location. Highly recommend . Yashar was very kind and helpful and always smiling, compliments for his good level of English and Russian . When we gona return to Istanbul for sure we gone book again the room at the hotel.
