Comfortable and cosy stay in Istanbul

Pros: Hotel was modern and comfortable, great room, comfortable beds, fabulous shower, breakfast had lots of nice options.

Cons: The room service was very slow and confusing. After waiting an hour from placing my order, I called and they said they didn’t have an order, so had to place it again. Dinner didn’t arrive until 10.30pm, but it was nice once it arrived! I expect this was not a regular issue so it wouldn’t make me not stay here again, everything else was great.

Pros: Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. All the facilities needed in the rooms. Nice and quiet swimming pool suitable for brief swimming. Good fitness hall. Various options for breakfast and very delicious soups served during it. Good smoking area outside the hotel.

Cons: We got the feeling that they don't wash the swimming pool towels- just let the towels dry in the sun and give them to the next guests. In our room we were hearing very clearly the shower from the room next to ours- while the guests there were using it. The night lights in the room were very few and the room felt dull during evenings.

Very friendly staff, nice facilities, super safe!

Pros: Very safe location and close to local bus stops that are only a short ride away from the ferry terminal. Pool was small but super clean and staff were helpful in finding out extra information I needed.

Cons: Some of the room service food was a bit average for the price

Istanbul - Volley Hotel

Pros: Very nice hotel, the rooms were nicely laid out and had huge windows you can slide open. The one door man was AMAZING, I'm sorry I forgot his name. He helped us out alot. The people at the counter were very helpful and courteous also! It also had nice views from our window. The hotel is connected to a bunch of gyms also, volleyball was happening and soccer.

Cons: The hotel is on a hill, but oh well... not really a bad thing for us but it may be for some people.
