Pros: Islam the night staff member was excellent he is a hard worker, they should promote this guy. Really he made the stay excellent even I had to keep my bags with them after I checked out they helped me.

Cons: No elevator but they will help you take it upstairs. They are so polite all the staff especially Islam I need to take this guy to London great and professional

Pros: Ismail and Osman are very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate their professionalism!

If I come back to Istanbul, I will come back here.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, nice neighborhood, metro and port stops just a few steps away. The staff are very nice and helpful, especially Emre. Free coffee and tea on a nice terrace overlooking the bay. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Managers where incredibly kind and where easy going when I asked for extra days. They treated me really well and felt like family

Pros: Hotel is close to everything. Easy to access metro, boats, shops, restaurants.

Cons: Beds are too firm. Elevator would be great, especially since dinning area is on top.

Pros: Konumu ve çalışanlar gayet ilgililerdi temizlik gayet iyiydi gitmeyi düşünenler içi rahat bir şekilde tercih edebilirler.

Pros: Herzamanki gibi hersey mükemmeldi. Komfor, hijyen,güvenlik en üst seviyede. Timur bey, Osman bey, Ismail beye özellikle tesekkür ederim

Loistavalla palvelulla loistava sijainti

Pros: Sijainti täydellinen, aivan Üsküdarin keskustassa. Pääsee nopeasti liikkumaan kaikkialle. Ystävällinen henkilökunta: Osman oli erittäin kohtelias ja auttavainen työntekijä, valmiina auttamaan mihin tahansa asiaan liittyen. Seuraavana aamuna Ismail myös tarjosi apua ystävällisesti ja osoitti loistavaa asiakaspalvelua. Kiitos!
