Pros: Wonderful hotel in Üsküdar area , most room have river view , very nice and friendly personals , access to Europe side in 15 minutes with boat front of hotel , 100% recommend

Cons: TV only have turkish channels, and air conditioning in winter is not very well

Cons: Permanent problems with the Wi-Fi signal

Pros: location is the main thing as well as the view. room size is big but maybe considered too big. the atmosphere of the hotel overall is relaxing and really gives you some energy boost. a place to be recommended at any time of the year lots of potentials.

Cons: housekeeping is not to the expected level compared with impression given by the hotel. Complementary coffee and tea used were not replaced in 4 days of stay. with a view like that you would like to sit relax in the morning with a cup coffee in tranquillity.

Cozy hotel in a fantastic location

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised with this very cosy warm hotel. The rooms are so big and comfortable with a coffee pod machine and a very nice big bathroom with great water pressure and lots of hot water. It is situated right on the sea facing the European side, so we had an amazing view of the water and easy access to everywhere, catching the boats, taxi, or beautiful long walks. Staff were very helpful at all times, especially Bora, Front office manager. If you need anything at all, big or small, Bora will help you out 👍Great restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries are all in walking distance. Highly recommended the property and will definitely be back to stay 👍

Cons: When we arrived, we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to get to reception with no help. We didn't mind, but if you're an elder person, this may be a problem. The beautiful pool is ONLY for decoration, and as a guest, you are not allowed to use it 🤦‍♀️. The TV channels in the rooms should give you more options of English channels, it only had 1x English channel and everything else was in Turkish, in these modern times we found that very surprising and a bit annoying when trying to watch the news. Make sure to have a translation app on your phone if you speak English. This was helpful.

Pros: Location: The location is in the heart of the Sea.. Breakfast: A variety of Turkish breakfast was served which met my expectations.

Amazing stay and unforgettable memory left with us

Pros: Amazing Location and view, the joy and beauty of the Bosphorus is directly within your amazing view. Definitely will be visiting on our very special day like anniversary, birthdays or valentine days etc...

Cons: The car parking capability is a bit tight but vale service is dealing with it. Well done to all management and the staff of the hotel providing comfort to the guests.
