Great stay

Pros: Fantastic staff with the young girl looking after us. Close to the light rail and convenience store. Balcony a bonus

Cons: Uber struggled to find the place for pick up and a noisy neighbour but none of that the fault of the property

Great option

Pros: The hotel has a convenient location, making it easy to explore the area. The private parking is safe and secure, which was a big plus for us. The staff were absolutely perfect: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Great location, near public transport and supermarkets. Excellent housekeeping service - new towels and room cleaning every morning. There are kettle, snack and coffee machines in the lobby. Rooms are clean and have a mini fridge, hairdryer and air conditioner.

Cons: We booked two rooms for two couples, but one was considerably smaller. Air conditioning sometimes blew only hot and sometimes only cold air, so not working properly. In one of the rooms the fridge didnt work at all, it was hot inside.

Brilliant

Pros: The place is nice and quiet. Very close to the tram T1, you can easily get to old town or to the metro bus. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check in and check out time could be managed if the hotel has opportunity to do so. Single room is just enough for one person, it is clean and you have everything you need. The price is also adequate.

Pros: It was good location and good value for money. convenient with the sister hotel next door with restaurant

Cons: Everything was really good except the hallway constantly smelled of cigarettes strongly

everything was perfect

Pros: we stayed here for the second time in the last month and again everything was superlative! on the day of checkin, we were accommodated even earlier than the set time. very close to the tram station. congratulations to the staff. we will definitely come back!
