Exceptional location

Pros: I like the location of the hotel and the staff was really helpful especially mr Kerim he is an old man but with a big energy like a young guy!

Cons: Everything was right!

Pros: Ibrahim and the others were great hosts. Always ready to help and serve.

A pleasant stay

Pros: A nice & clean hotel, near the tram. The staff, especially IMRAYM & Karim, they were very friendly, helpful, and polite. You can start your day with a nutrient breakfast and appart from that, they give you the chance to prepare you daily meals in a well accommodated kitchen.

Cons: Everything was perfect thank ' s to IMPRAYM

Pros: Kareem at the reception was extremely cooperative and kind. He welcomed us with a very polite and professional attitude. His ability to speak multiple languages made everything much easier for us as tourists. Truly outstanding service. The other staff members were also very respectful, helpful, and professional. Overall, I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their excellent service.

Pros: Liman Hotel staff was very nice and heartfelt, always ready to help and assist. Especially, Kerim, Mevlana and Ibrahim - always attentive and offering their assistance as needed. Also I'd like to note their hospitality and warm greetings each day I was there.

Pros: Best value for that price! Staff was amazingly hospitable. It is small and quiet, so staff pays a lot of attention to individual needs and flexible in accommodating them. Hot tea and cold water are available anytime. When I sat down in the pretty Wintergarden, the breakfast area with my laptop during the day I was immediately brought an extension cord outside without asking. Location is perfect: close to metro, tram and bus around the corner. But in second row to main street so less noisy. Room was clean, only few black marks on towel were not great. But this are permanent stains and towels were freshly washed otherwise so I didn't bother asking for another one. Beds very comfortable and AC functioning well. Can highly recommend if you're not after luxury but simple and still great experience.

Friendly quiet comfortable hotel in a central location was perfect for my needs

Pros: Central location, wonderful friendly staff, clean and tidy and a nice breakfast. Kerim and the staff were very caring and helpful which was lucky for me as I had a few logistical problems to deal with. This was my second stay after returning from a walking trip on the south coast. Single rooms a perfect, they have everything you need in a compact affordable package. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, quite location in a central location right on the tram line.

Pros: Nice location. Great for the price, really helpful staff. Great hospitality and reception by KERIM, the most helpful receptionist ever. Kerim spoke nice English, and paid attention to details to meet the customer's expectations.
