In general the hotel and the staff are very good

Pros: I like the staff because they are very friendly and helpful and respectful

Cons: Maybe lack of restaurants

Pros: The staff was welcoming and helpful. They would do their best to help out find stuff nearby if you need it (ATMs, buy foods,...)

Cons: I wouldn't say much. Only thing I questioned was the AC/heater unit. I tried to put it on but it did not work. Ain't sure it is me or it was dead. Besides i would only compliment the staff and hotel
