Pros: Excellent location right in the heart of Taksim. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful. Breakfast was adequate.

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location; everything is close by and transportation is quick and easy. This is a great advantage for those who value comfort and time saving. The breakfasts are simply excellent; varied, delicious and fresh. There was a good food option every day and everything was prepared to a high standard. I would also like to mention the staff; they are very kind, polite and helpful. They are always ready to help and answer any questions. Overall, my experience was extremely positive. I will definitely come again!

Pros: Excellent location and value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice and the room was clean, the room cleaning was also excellent and they cleaned the room thoroughly whenever requested. There was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, which was a nice detail. There was no oven for cooking (and honestly, you don't need one in Istanbul, but there was a microwave, plates, forks, spoons and everything needed for simple meals. The kitchen was sufficient for cooking, and breakfast was adequate and filling.

Pros: The hotel rooms were warm during the winter months. It was in a very central location. The paths were safe for walking at night, and the staff were always present at the hotel.

Pros: Overall, the hotel is of good quality. The hotel amenities are high-quality and smell clean. There is always cleaning staff available, breakfast staff are always present, and there are always staff waiting at the reception to offer you tea and coffee. The area is quite safe, and the building has an elevator. There is elevator access to 3 floors. Our apartment even had a wonderful terrace view.
