Pros: Excellent location and super nice staff. The wifi could be better in the room but in general it qorth the price.

Pros: Great stay! The location is perfect, close to everything, and the staff is really friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Cosy Hotel in a Less Noisy Area Close to Taksim

Pros: We had booked two rooms, one for our mothers and one for us as a couple. Both rooms were really good. Everything worked well, including the AC/heater which is a must for any room in Istanbul. The lift also helped a lot as our mothers couldn't climb the stairs. Our own room looked very bright with large windows. Both rooms were located on the 3rd floor and there were no other rooms on the same floor. We appreciate the free upgrading of rooms which the owner offered at check-in. Also, we were served with free Turkish coffee/tea every morning in the small lobby of the hotel. The bathrooms were clean and taking a warm shower was always possible and easy. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay only a walking distance from Taksim square.

Cons: The hotel is in a poorly maintained neighbourhood with extremely steep small roads leading to Taksim. The area is far from clean, modern or anything that you would later see in Taksim itself. So, yes, you are close to Taksim but in a way different environment. Also, the place is not suitable for people with mobility issues as one need climbing hilly roads to reach the place. Taxis can pick you up, of course, as an alternative.

Pros: The hotel and the room were very clean, and the personnel were very kind and helpful especially Mohamed who helped me a lot suggesting where to go and how. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time.

Pros: It was clean, the staff was very helpful especially lady at the front desk. If we ever go back to Istanbul, Taksim Story Residence will be our choice. We park our car in front of the hotel and everything was secure and good.

A good experience but a questionable location.

Pros: The property was clean, organized and the staff was excellent. Communicative, helpful and always available.

Cons: The property is located very close to Taksim square in some backroads. Not ideal, seems a bit dangerous at first however it seemed to be ok.

Pros: Excellent location, extremely friendly staff and at your service 24 hours. The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Taksim square. Peaceful and quiet area. Highly recommended.

Cons: We have nothing bad to say. 

Pros: Overall a decent stay with good staff and clean room. The only hassle we faced was it was located on a downward slope away from Taksim Square. However, the stay was nice and pleasant.

Pros: Strategic location (close to Taksim square), they cleaned the room when we left the key, good value

Cons: It’s a very steep uphill on the way to Taksim square, bathroom was a bit smelly from the drainage
