Fabulous Stay

Pros: Located in a locals area. Studio Appt had everything one needed. AC, Full Kitchenette, Tea/Coffee/Oil etc provided. Bed etc very comfortable. Would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a stove, coffee maker, utensils, plates, and pans, which made my stay very comfortable. However, the location wasn’t ideal, and there was some humidity in the room. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good thanks to the great facilities provided.

The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding!

Pros: Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The room fully matches the photos provided. Everything was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking. The common hallway had security cameras and a code lock on the entrance door, which made us feel safer. The curtains were excellent blackout ones.

Cons: Suggestions for improvement: The apartment has very high humidity and lacks proper ventilation. Because of this, there is mold under the windowsills and on the walls. This issue needs to be addressed as it significantly affects the overall impression. The radiators didn’t work, either during the day or at night. We had to rely on the air conditioner for heating, which worked well. However, we couldn’t dry small washed items on the radiator, which was a bit disappointing, especially as everything takes longer to dry due to the humidity. Additional lighting in the kitchen area would be helpful. The general lighting is quite dim, making it difficult to cook in the evening. The latch on the bathroom door needs repair. Currently, to close the door, you have to use the turning lock as well, which is inconvenient. It even got stuck once, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get out.

Pros: This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at in a while. Extremely comfortable room with basic cooking equipment, nice bathroom and a little desk ideal for work. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful, explained everything and let us keep our bags in the house while we waited for an overnight bus. We even got a keychain as a goodbye gift! I can not recommend this place enough!!

Cons: The only thing which was slightly annoying was the noise coming from the hallway. The door/walls aren’t really noise cancelling but this isn’t anything that would prevent me from coming back.

Pros: It is a nice well accommodated, good finishing and easy on the eyes room in whole renovated building. Few meters from all facilities. So cooperating owners, constantly provide assistance.
