Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms

Pros: Everything. It is my second time to stay at this hotel. The staff and service were excellent. The location is amazing where you can walk to Viaport Marina and other attractions.

Cons: The lotion bottle was empty and needed to be refill.

A great hotel with friendly staff

Pros: I liked the breakfast which was fantastic and the location of the hotel near a shopping mall, an aquarium, a lion zoo and a theme park. The room and bathroom were very clean. I want to thank the nice lady that helped us by writing in a piece of paper translation of the incident we have in the mall nearby as my wife's wallet was stolen. We used that translation to file a police report at a nearby police station. I think her name was Riva.

Cons: We had a problem with the bathroom, the water was overflowing from the shower and we told them but it was not fixed, also they did not have any arrangements for any tourist attractions because I asked them and the only thing they had was a boat ride for 5 but we are a family of 6 so we couldn't even do that activity.

Cons: We complained several times about the awful smell coming out of the elevator on the second floor. Some days it was disgusting and going down the hall towards the rooms. Sometimes when you entered the hotel you could smell it right away. It was truly sickening! This for sure needs to be addressed and fixed. We were there 12 days and it was 12 days of smell :-( I also like to mention that it would be even better if you would allow small domestic animals.
