Pros: My stay was wonderful by all accounts. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful . The location is excellent and close to all amenities I would like to thank the staff, especially Omar, for the warm welcome and assistance; he truly made my stay much more comfortable.,

A nice spot for a 3-4 day stay in Istanbul

Pros: Nice and comfortable, hot water, nice bed and a pretty small balcony. Elevator! Balcony view attached.

Cons: The backside is a bit noisy at times, but not excessive. Not enough dishes, but you can ask for additional ones at the reception. But most of the staff don't speak English which might be troublesome at times. The location is quite good, but the street is very steep, be aware if the luggage is heavy. The heater for the hot water in our flat was inside the bedroom closet, which is disturbing at times but mostly ok. The tv has only 7 channels, but who needs a tv... But mostly it was a pleasant experience!

Pros: This is my second review of the same hotel. I extended my stay in it because it suited my needs perfectly. Clean, friendly, functional, great location, quiet. Spacious room with kitchenette. Omer at the reception is very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money altogether
