An incredibly good experience

Pros: Exceptional praise to the hotel owners and staff. The quick response to our request to change the number of guests, the warm welcome at the hotel, and the high level of cleanliness were outstanding. Special compliments to the employees in the kitchen and dining area – their kindness and service towards guests were unforgettable. In all my years of traveling, I have never received a gift at check-out before – this was the first time. Thank you all for making our short stay in Istanbul unforgettable. Pros: Our stay at this hotel in Istanbul was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless at all times. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel relaxed from the very first moment. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. What truly made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from recommendations to transportation tips. Their professionalism and warm attitude made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Great place!

Pros: The hotel is clean, very nice location with shops, restaurants, easy transport connection nearby. Staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and very clean. The Wi-Fi was very good, TV with all the necessary apps (YouTube /Netflix etc), varied breakfast.

Cons: I wish I had a longer stay. 😀

Very nice short stay

Pros: Very comfortable beds, shower is very hot with good pressure (great for winter months!), rooms are of good size, and the breakfast is good. Great location, close to all the main tourist attractions and close to the tram/metro station. Helpful staff. Really can’t fault anything.
