Great stay in Istanbul

Pros: Everything was great. Location is awesome close to Sultanahmet and the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful considering we booked last minute. The area near the hotel has many restaurants and things to do. Value for money is amazing.

Cons: Would be cool if guests could get more then 1 keycard for their room so they dont have to leave/arrive at the room all togerher but thats just personal preference.

Pros: We stayed stayed at Seher Hotel with my daughter and mum and we liked it very much. The hotel is in a good place. You can walk to famous places in 10–15 minutes. There's a tram stop near the hotel. Also, there are lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops around. The people who work here are very kind and helpful. They speak English well and are always ready to help. When we asked to change our room, they did it very fast. No problems at all! The staff is really friendly and cares about guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The position of the hotel is perfect. We could walk everywhere. Our window showed a nice view of the city. I like this hotel. It's good for people who want to stay in the city center.

Cons: Breakfast is quite tasty but not very varied. You can find eggs, vegetables, and sausages every day — a basic set of food.

Pros: Closed from Blue mosque & Hagia Sophia, and breakfast.

Pros: The best hotel in the center of Eminun and Sirkeci, close to all attractions, markets, restaurants. The best staff. Every morning an early breakfast to start the Ramadan fast. We always come back to the Seher Hotel.

Great Location, helpful staff overall great stay.

Pros: The staff were friendly. Cennet, Mustafa and Ihal would help and go out of their way to ensure that we got what we needed. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I would just suggest for them to clean under the beds as they get dusty. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was great. Restaurants and mini mart everywhere. 3 min walk from Sirkeci tram stop and near Eminonu water taxi and 7 mins walk to Spice Bazaar. We could walk to Topkapi palace and Sultanahmet or you can take the tram which is just minutes away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Under the bed needed moping as there was a dust build up. Overall, they cleaned well everyday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New year.

Pros: Is in old part of Istanbul and within walking distance of all the historic sites we wished to see and many places for food to suit a variety of budgets. The property was exceptionally clean and staff friendly and helpful .

Cons: A lounge or common area for guests would be a welcome addition.
