Pros: The people that works in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Always there to serve you and solve any necessary issue, essentially the reception man. We mistake the breakfast time and they serve us anyway. They enjoy to offer you tea.

Cons: The blond lady that open the room with us inside without knowking the door, didn't apologized, we presented a complain and by revenge the room wasn't cleaned that day. After presenting a second complain the reception people solve the issue imediately by providing new sheets and towels in a few minutes minutes.

Great stay

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, especially the reception team—they were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Pros: Very great and family hotel. It is in the central area. Amazing breakfast is serving with many options. Staff is helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Amin, Togrul and Fehmi. There is La Perla cafe in the hotel, we loved to have our morning coffee there with quiet music. You can also get tasty lunch and dinner at La Perla Coffee. We will come back soon!

Great budget hotel in one of the best locations in Istanbul

Pros: Everything perfect!! I stayed in this hotel in the past and because I liked it so much, I came back! 😊 Nice rooms, comfy beds, a warm room in winter, very friendly staff (Amin, Toğrul, Fehmi!!), nice breakfast and superb location!! 👍👍👍

Great central hotel with nice breakfast

Pros: This is one of my favourite hotels in Istanbul. 😍 The location is amazing, super central and close to tons of shops, restaurants and different means of public transport. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful, in particular Amin, Toğrul and Fehmi! 👏 The rooms in which I stayed were clean, had comfy beds, hot showers and working aircon - that's all it takes to make me happy! 😃 Some rooms even have a nice view. ☺️ Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choices, it's all good! 👍 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's on a budget but wants a central hotel with clean rooms and nice staff!

Cons: Sometimes the WiFi is a bit spotty but it's not a big issue! ☺️
