If I go to Istanbul I will most definitely stay there again.

Pros: The breakfast was superb. The staff went far and beyond myexpectations. They were so helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation telling my friends about this hotel.

Cons: absolutely nothing.

Pros: Great breakfast. The SPA is rather nice. We had kids and they love it. Location is perfect. Staff very nice.

Cons: the rooms are not well insulated so we were exposed to noise coming from neighbour rooms.

Pros: I had a very good stay at Neorion hotel. What I enjoyed the most was the very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choice. The hotel's location is convenient.

Cons: Noise from the street when the tram is approaching.

Friendly staff, good facilities and great location

Pros: Great location to walk to all major sights. Nice restaurant on toof terrace. Good breakfast. Very friendly reception staff who helped with booking tours, shows and taxis as well as directions

Cons: Only thing that could have been improved was that pool and jacuzzi were cool

Our favorite hotel in Istabul - we first stayed here in 2012 and we still come back!

Pros: Ideal location for exploring the Old City; The friendly and helpful staff; the excellent rooftop restaurant with typical Turkish/Ottoman dishes and a fabulous panoramic view across the city.

Cons: Only very minor issues; my wife is not as mobile as she once was and the shower has a high step for access. Also bathroom would benefit from a little more storage/shelving.
