Pros: We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the blue mosque. We were celebrating a birthday so the team decorated the room with balloons in advance of our arrival and also presented us with a cake and a lovely hand signed card. It’s the little touches that make a place. Their concierge Cetin went above and beyond to book meyhanes for us as well as recommend other restaurants. We had a lovely stay here and if you are thinking of staying in the old city then this is the best place you can stay in.

Pros: Perfect location for a first visit to city as all the main sites to visit are within easy walking distance. Excellent friendly helpful staff. Beautiful spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant & scenic roof top bar

The Most Magical place in Istanbul!

Pros: The whole experience was totally magical! The place, the history of the building, the vibe and the personal made our time in the Four Seasons totally special. Highly encourage to spend the sunset at the terrace bar and enjoy the deep slow techno music over a glass of chilled wine! Was a moment to be remembered forever.

Best hotel in Sultanahmet

Pros: Loved the location and the service was simply impeccable! The food was also great.

Cons: A lot of the courtyard was closed so we couldn't get a proper look at the gorgeous property, but aside from that everything was perfect.

Bad romm placement (we were in the basment for a 1000€) but food staff and hotel location are great!

Pros: The location is great, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good.Overall a good experience, but i needed a bit more for the real FS experience.

Cons: They put us in the room in the basement, which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel.I did mention it to the reception staff but nothing came out of it, i feel really bad that it lowered the experience, and hope to have a better one next time.
