Pros: The room was tidy and met our expectations, just the right amount of space and very comfortable. The location is truly central and convenient for the main square and the tram. The staff was welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back.

A wonderful experience — if I come back to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again!

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, just a few steps from the Hagia Sophia Mosque and the main attractions of Istanbul. The property is clean, well maintained, and very welcoming. The real highlight, however, is the staff: incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful. They made us feel at home from the very first moment.

Cons: Honestly, nothing significant. Everything was excellent and well organized.

Pros: - All the basic essentials were provided (including towels, shower gel/shampoo, wardrobe, fridge, kettle, TV) despite it being a very compact room - Short and convenient walk to the T1 tram and airport bus - Staff assisted with carrying luggage upstairs as there’s no lift and only a narrow staircase - Good value for money. Safe, clean, and comfortable space all things considered. - The room light had three colours/temperatures to choose from which is a nice touch.

Cons: - Noise isn’t very well blocked out, you can hear a small amount of hustle & bustle from the busy street downstairs including occasional vehicle horn, or noise from your neighbours. It’s nothing too disruptive but if you’re super sensitive to noise then it may be problematic for you - I had no issues at all. - The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t well, moisture stayed in the room overnight which can be improved. The room however had aircon and a window to open if necessary for ventilation. - The room is extremely compact - but not too small to be uncomfortable. If you have a large or multiple suitcases, you won’t have a lot of space left.

Pros: Family run bar with a hotel upstairs. Rooms perfect for using as a base, location excellent for the European side and the bar downstairs was great with a discount and the guys downstairs were very friendly

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making check-in and daily interactions smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent — close to everything you might need, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The rooms were decent and clean, though there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and modern amenities. All in all, a good option if you're looking for convenience and great service.

Pros: The staff were very very helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious. We are vegetarians and loved the turkish vegetarian cusine.location is perfect. Walking distance for all the monuments. You need cab only for takshim square monuments.

Cons: There is no elevator. Spiral stairs.

Kind and supportive people in the hotel. Very friendly always there for advise.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, and welcoming. The location is also spot on as it is a 5 minute walk from the Sultan Ahmet square area.

Cons: If the single room was a little bigger it would be ideal, but still excellent value for money.
