Brilliant location with excellent staff

Pros: Excellent location and wonderful staff nothing too much trouble.

Cons: Towels not replenished had to ask for clean ones quite a small room.

Wonderful, amazing and pleasant.

Pros: The hotel was very pretty. The boys from the reception were extremely nice, they had a lot of patience and explain everything to you. Everyone from the hotel were very polite. I would come back without thinking twice. It was close to everything you needed to see in Istanbul.

Pros: Amazing for its price. Clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing.

Cons: Poor noise cancellation, especially during morning calls for prayer at 5-6 o'clock, even if the window is closed.

Pros: Zahid was very hospitable - he helped us with tours and transfers on our first day in Istanbul. Breakfast spread was great too!

Pros: The location, so close to the Blue Mosque. Having breakfast on the top floor with very nice views.

Cons: The urgency for returning one of the two room keys. The pillows weren't very comfortable

Cons: There is no fan in the bathroom, except a small window. If you keep the window open, the mosquito 🦟 enter the room.
