Perfect stay in a wonderful city

Pros: Fantastic location to explore old city. Team at hotel are fabulous, very eager to help in any way and the food in the cafe for breakfast is amazing. The room we stayed in was large with a beautiful terrace overlooking the water. Cannot think of a better place to stay while visiting this beautiful city.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from several major tourist attractions, with many great restaurants nearby. All of the staff are lovely especially Soner. They’re all friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: I had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, Barkay was helpful and an amazing person. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is located on a quiet, tourist street and is very close to the most important attractions in Istanbul. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth staying at.

Brilliant service and a good quality accommodation reasonably priced.

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect. Plenty of shops and cafes close by. The staff are attentive 24 hours and go over and above their job description to ensure safety, comfort and a great customer experience. I was injured and needed a lot of extra help during my stay and nothing was too hard. I am very grateful to the staff and highly recommend this hotel. Very reasonable prices and a good quality accommodation and breakfast.

Cons: My only disappointment with the property was that it only served instant coffee with breakfast but that’s the only thing that I can fault.

Such a plesant stay in the heart of the city

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view of the Bosphorus, which made our stay even more special. The manager was extremely kind and welcoming: he helped us arrange a taxi, offered us tea, and was happy to have a pleasant conversation. This made us feel truly cared for. We will definitely come back to Istanbul, this beautiful city, and we would love to stay at this hotel again, as we felt very comfortable and at home here. We also loved the cute cats living at the hotel and the delicious Turkish breakfast, which allowed us to try many traditional dishes.

Amazing

Pros: Wonderful experience, we liked the view, the staff Emre, Soner and Roshan were amazing, even the house keeping staff were awesome, the location is very close, calm and cosy room, there is a parking close by and affordable price.

Cons: Just one thing, try to separate the bathroom with a separator, it will make it more suitable

A really calm and relaxing stay

Pros: I love the location being inside the heritage district short way to the attractions but yet a quiet street away from the buzz of tourist and modern restaurants. I love exploring the other side walking towards the seaside to check out authentic local breakfast and admiring the charm. The rooms are comfortable and the decorations are pleasing to the eyes. I tried both the room facing the mosque and also the sea and both are equally beautiful. Oh their own breakfast corner is a elaborate sight awesome for Instagram post

Cons: Not a big problem but the streets are a little windy and the signs are not obvious but it’s really just 2-3 mins from train station.

Superb location and fantastic service

Pros: The hotel is located just 2min walk from the shoreline with south facing windows providing a lovely sea view. Superb location as the street in front of it leads directly to main attractions of Istanbul including the blue mosque, hagia sophia, and the topkapi palace. Small sized boutique hotel but with clean spacious rooms that's nicely scented, mini fridge and kettle are provided and the bed is quite comfy as well. The service was fantastic with our hosts greeting us every time we pass by the lobby and being extremely helpful in providing information and suggestions on the local area such as sightseeing and food, activities such as boat tour, day tour, and taxi service are available at the front desk with fair prices. Mr Emrah was great to have a chat with over some tea and coffee, and was even kind enough to let us off when my girlfriend lost her room key. Plus the adorable kitten playing at the hotel front patio was a huge bonus even in this city of cats.

Cons: Not sure if it's for aesthetic reason or purely because it's an old building, the room doesn't have curtains but instead wooden shutters with oval shaped openings on them that allow a little bit of light in, and because the windows open inward so the shutter cannot be closed if the window's open. Personally it doesn't bother me and I find the rustic aesthetic quite charming, but for others who might be a light sleeper sensitive to sun light or someone that values privacy, this might be a point of consideration.
