Pros: The location is perfect. 5 min walk from Ayia Sofia, Top Kapi and Blue Mosque. The tram station is very near at the hotel.The staff is very polite and willing to help. The reception staff were all excellent (special credits to all girls)!! Thank you for all! Credits to the manager for the free snack time and coffee during the day. Hope to see you again Konstantinos Irini Dimitra and Jiannis.

Cons: Near to the hotel is only very expensive restorans.

Pros: Excellent place! Well located for an amazing stay in Istanbul. The hotel has everything you need. Staff is really kind, specially Omina who was in charge of receiving me when I checked in.

Perfectly located near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, with excellent transport links, wonderful local shops, and trul

Pros: It was the perfect location where it was just a 5 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue mosque was just there too. Tram facilities right behind and lovely shopkeepers nearby. The hotel service and hospitality was beyond compare. They really made my family and I feel welcome and helped with any assistance needed.

Cons: The only things I would say is that late checkout is not an option but I just ended up paying for an extra night as we had a late flight but even if you don’t want to do that they hold your luggage for free which I thought was lovely. Another thing we noticed was all our rooms had a distinct smell in the bathrooms. We noticed this was only for the rooms we booked with ocean view but after a few days it was okay.

Wonderful hotel, and staff

Pros: The location was great, couldn't have got nearer to some of the main attractions such as Sultanahmet and Ayia Sofia. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet top notch. But the biggest plus was the staff, who really looked after us I'd recommend this little gem of a hotel to anyone.

Cons: I really couldn't criticise any aspect of the hotel.

Amazing stay with my family and toddler. No request was too big for them. I highly recommend.

Pros: Excellent location which was close to everything. Superb staff that treat you like family. Fantastic facilities including the breakfast and snacks during the day
