Super little hotel in a good location with amazing staff, we would very happily return.

Pros: We booked the hotel because we wanted a view of the Bosporus from the roof terrace at breakfast. There is indeed a super view of the entrance to the straits at the Marmara end. If you like ship watching it’s perfect. The big surprise was the warmth of the staff, everyone was just so kind and considerate, and often funny. We genuinely felt like cherished guests! The rooms are simple but clean and ‘made up’ every day. The breakfast buffet options were plentiful and generous, just don’t expect ‘the full English’ The location for a tourist visit is super, adjacent to the walls of Topkapi with lots of places around to eat. The palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc are all within an easy 10 minute stroll.

Cons: If we have to criticise something it would be the breakfast juice, but, the tea and coffee options were excellent and unlimited!

Pros: Everything was perfect. The amazing view from the terrace where the breakfast was served was an excellent addition. The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were really cosy and perfectly equipped.

Pros: The room was very nice, just like on the pictures. It was comfortable and we had everything that we needed. The breakfasts had many choices and everything was delicious. The staff members were very kind and helpful. And the location perfect too, the hotel is very close to the centre. We had a good time here, i can just recommend this hotel.

Good location and value for money, with a few minor issues.

Pros: Location is good and the property is clean. The breakfast is okay, and the value for money is excellent. It would be a 10, but we had a broken shower faucet and kettle. In the room, you could hear through the wall when someone turned on the water, because our room was on the ground floor.

Cons: The shower faucet and kettle were broken. The sound insulation was poor, and we could hear water running from other rooms.

Pros: Great location within walking distance to all touristic attractions and full of restaurants nearby, despite being in a very quiet street. Clean room with all required amenities. Even the basement room actually has windows with partial view of a cozy street.

Cons: WiFi did not work in basement room, which is bad since it also has weak phone signal. Showers could have a bit more of water pressure.

Cons: The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors, though ours were ok and the noise did not bother us much.

Excellent

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food options to choose from. There was something for everyone, from fresh fruits and pastries to savory dishes. It was a wonderful way to start the day.

Pros: Very good location, very good reception from the staff, The room was clean, the AC was working well, hot water all the time, and wifi connection very good... If i go back to Istanbul i will go back in this hotel for sure.
