Fabulous hotel

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. The rooms were clean, spatious and luminous. The breakfast was varied and copious. The hotel is well located in the centre and well connected with other neighborhoods, as well as with the city's main sights. We had a great time and recommend the hotel for anyone willing to spend some days in Istanbul.

Lovely staff, great breakfast and comfortable room

Pros: This was a very lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful, especially the reception. The breakfast was beautiful and filling with an asortment of options. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The tram is about 5minutes away making commuting to the rest of city very easy. The hotel is also well located close to shopping areas and restaurants.

Pros: The food was delicious, the staff is really welcoming and helpful, the location is great, the rooms are clean. We had good time, definitely would visit again sometime.

Cons: Besides the delicious breakfast it could have bit more variety, in general everything else was perfect.

Pros: The room was very nice, looked new decorated. The front-desk receptioner was amazing. He was very nice and very helpfull and understanding. He helped us whenever we needed. Breakfast was good and we had options to choose. Is very close to Grand Bazar by walking and in a good area. The let us keep our luggage after the checkout for an entire day, until we had our flight without extra charge. I highly recommend. Great service for such an amazing price. 10 out of 10.

5 star hotel at 4 star price

Pros: The staff are friendly and helpful . The breakfast was a good spread. We received a free upgrade so our room was bigger than expected . Close to tram line so easy to walk. Also walking distance to Aksaray metro to catch the bus to the airport. Had an elevator to get to the room

Pros: I really like the hotel in general. The staff is so helpful and extreamly nice. Rooms were quite comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Overall had an amazing experience .

Good position and ospitality, maybe best breakfast in Istanbul

Pros: Sir Dovlet will help you with everything! The breakfast is incredible!

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, close to Sultanahmet and all the main attractions. It is also very well connected, so you can easily reach everything by tram or bus. The receptionist (unfortunately I forgot his name) was very kind and welcoming, as well as the rest of the staff. We stayed in a family room which was quite spacious and comfortable.

Cons: What I didn’t like as much was the cleanliness. Even though the towels were changed every day, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and the toilet wasn’t very clean even when we first arrived. Breakfast was decent. Overall, this is a good hotel for a short stay and for exploring Istanbul.

Great hotel for its price

Pros: This hotel is very good value for money. Helpful staff. Nice spacious room. We asked for a room on a quiet side of the building and we were quite happy with the room that the hotel arranged for us. The breakfast was very good, various choice of food. The location is also very convenient.

Cons: The beds were quite comfortable for sleeping however I didn't like pillows. I think the hotel could invest to get better quality of pillows. Also the towels were worn out. New towels would definitely improve the service.. Generally I would come back to this hotel again.
