Tria Hotel Istanbul-Special Category

Pros: The hotel is well situated - easy to reach main touristic objects by foot. It has a very nice rooftop restaurant, therefore you can enjoy great views while taking breakfast. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Cons: Was difficult to adjust rooms temperature during night. A bit too warm at the room.

Fantastic location, great value, wonderful staff!

Pros: Incredible value for the money, fantastic location, bounteous & delicious breakfast, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. 10 out of 10, we would stay here again for sure!

Pleasent stay, lovely staffs, near to major attractions, good value for money

Pros: It’s near to all major attractions in old town. And very near to the airport bus station. The staffs are helpful. The room is clean and cosy. I like the breakfast especially.

Cons: The room is small. We can’t even open our luggage and leave it as it is.

Tria made Istanbul enjoyable

Pros: Location is the best, walking the neighborhood to arrive everywhere is very easy! Breakfast delicious and the roof top view beautiful. Our room was very confortable and the bathroom work pretty well. We love staying at Tria hotel. It is cozy, chic and staff are so gentle.

Excellent choice

Pros: Cosy, quiet and comfortable. Smart decor. Compact room. Quiet street. Great views from restaurant. Pleasant breakfast. Efficient organisation of airport shuttle van.

Cons: Minor point: insecure hotel WiFi but invoked Turkey VPN was not fully transparent as has always been the case for me elsewhere. Required deactivation to successfully send an email. Strange.

Really pleasant stay in an excellent hotel.

Pros: Really easy to find, excellent welcome from the staff, exceptional breakfast (although far too much food for two) and the room was really comfortable. A great experience in a really charming, well decorated boutique hotel. Good value too.

Cons: Nothing of note.

Perfect location, staff, breakfast and hotel with charm.

Pros: The staff were incredible; polite, prompt, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Incredible views from roof top restaurant - a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel is perfect- especially in non peak season. The hotel decor is charming and unique- not your typical chain hotel.

Cons: Although the breakfast was lovely, perhaps a little sheet giving guests to opt out of certain items as there must be lots of waste.

Fabulous stay

Pros: The location was fabulous, so close to everything in the old quarter. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly and the hotel and room were gorgeous. We had breakfast included in the hotel and it was a delicious Turkish spread which was served on the rooftop with a lovely view out to the Bospherous. Thank you Tria Hotels for a wonderful stay!

Cons: The food in the restaurant was delicious, but we felt dinner was very overpriced for a similar quality even in the most touristy priced areas.

A great place to stay in Istanbul.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful: we had arrived at 10 am from another hotel and were told our room was ready and we could check in. This was such a pleasant surprise. We had a past-mid night flight on the day of departure and we were welcomed to use the front lounge to rest as well as having our luggage stored. The location in the old city was fantastic as we stayed in Istanbul for only 3 days and concentrated on sightseeing in the Sultanahmet area.

Cons: The lights in our room were too dim for reading.

Lovely staff

Pros: Lovely staff that went above and beyond to make us enjoy our stay. Perfect location, great Turkish breakfast on terrace every morning, lovely room and communal spaces. Close to many attractions, public transportation and restaurants.
