Pros: I have booked this hotel for my parents who are elderly and they were travelling alone for the first time after so many years gap. Despite the language barrier, Management and staff treated my parents very well and help them whenever needed. THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👍👍👍

Pros: I had a lovely stay at By Kinyas Hotel in Istanbul. I only had one night and the hotel is in the perfect location to walk to the blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, the basilica cistern and more all within 5 minutes on foot. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and I felt at home as soon as I arrived. The room was compact but very tidy and comfortable.

Cons: My room was quite noisy at night and I was able to hear the people/group in the room next door who came home late and stayed up partying in their room. I was also able to easily hear the noise of the street below. However, please note that I was there on a Friday night so some noise and people put late is to be expected. Despite the noise I got a decent night's sleep and I think the location and friendly staff more than made up for it. Would stay here a gain.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Even when I check-out, I had entire day free, and asked to keep my luggage. They accepted and everything was perfect. They allow guests. No additional charge if it's for short time. Overall great hotel. Perfect location 2 minutes from Sultanahmet square / Ayasofya

Cons: The room was a bit smaller, but still good and clean.

Pros: Receptionist Harun was the best part of the hotel by far.

Perfect humble spot serviced by amazing staff made it a very enjoyable stay in Istanbul

Cons: Humble apartment, could do with a tidy up (but it served our purposes for a short stay)

Pros: We stayed at the apartment of the hotel. The location is amazing (very good price for the location), great view from the terrace, and the personnel is great - shout out to Harun who was super nice with us, and made of our stay a great experience

Great place in a good location

Pros: Excellent location and polite staff. The room had everything you needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

Cons: It's very noisy. There were some holes in the room (for ventilation?) To the street. That's why the noise from the street is very loud. You should have earplugs if you want to sleep. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom. We saw a few ants in the room on the table with a kettle.

Pros: Clean room, very nice breakfast on the rooftop - beautiful views, perfect location

Pros: I liked everything! The location was great, the hotel staff was exceptional, they were always ready to help us with anything. Very kind people!

Recomand, nota 10

Pros: Very close to the Blue mosk and Hagya Sofya, but also situated on a pretty quiet street. Restaurant at top floor, good food and nice view of the city from there. Ahmet, the receptionist was top class, he helped us with everything.
