Comfortable stay in a nice location.

Pros: Transfer from airport was very comfortable in a Limousine style minibus. The rooftop terrace is lovely and open from 9am to 2am. Location is very close to some sights. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: We were promised a breakfast box on the last day as we left at 6am, but did not get that. Only small cups at breakfast, no mugs. A lot of running to refill cups. No bedside lamps.

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times were excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I would especially like to thank the receptionist for being so kind, professional, and helpful. Their warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again.

Pros: The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The location is great too. Erhan at breakfast was a great help.

Cons: It room was far too hot and i couldnt turm the radiators off and the bathroom was full of hairs and the tpilet didnt flush and tje tv is behind glass so you cant watch tv with the light on.

Special thanks to Erhan, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The service was truly excellent. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were delicious and enjoyable every morning.
