Pros: I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for the wonderful stay and excellent service. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and welcoming, which made my experience truly enjoyable. Cons: All you have to do is write the name of the hotel on the door.

Pros: Upon our arrival, we were assisted by a gentleman named Mohammed, who was wearing glasses. He was extremely helpful and handled our check-in smoothly. Although we do not speak English, he kindly tried to communicate with us in Russian, even if not very fluently.

Cons: Breakfast was simple.

Pros: The Hotel staff offered excellent service, even after the checkout, they did stored our luggage and allowed to use restroom.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Huge thanks to the hotel staff, they were just perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. They even gave us a bigger room than we had booked, which was such a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly positive, friendly, and helpful. Anytime we mentioned even the smallest issue, it was solved immediately. They also gave us great advice about places to visit and made us feel truly welcome. The hotel itself felt like the safest place in all of Istanbul. I was a bit worried about booking a hotel with such a low price, but it turned out to be the best experience we could have asked for. The location was excellent, it was close to everything, yet still quiet. The breakfast was nice. Even though the same meals were served each morning, everything was fresh and tasty. Thank you again for making our trip so special. We would love to come back someday!

Pros: The experience in the hotel was great ,the staff was very helpful,kind, polite and distinctive. The room was comfortable and clean.The breakfast had a variety and everything was delightful. Whatever we needed the staff was there to serve us.

Cons: The location was a bit weird for me and my bestie as females but in a distance 2-3 minutes there are public transportation stations which is very convenient.

Pros: Great boutique hotel in a great location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is great - all within walking distance to major sight attractions, tram, metro and restaurants. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Dorra and Elias who were incredibly attentive and ready to help us. Overall, it is a clean, cozy and affordable hotel to stay in. We like the spacious dining area where we can sit there at anytime we like with free hot coffee or tea. We also like the breakfast - basic yet delicious. We would definitely come back to this hotel again.
