Cons: There was nothing I did not like about the property. Everything I wanted or liked was readily available.

I would highly recommend this family run hotel for its service and easy access to the city sites.

Pros: The staff was fantastically warm, welcoming and helpful. Upon a arrival they were prompt and very efficient to take us through the booking and to our room. We was delighted to find that our room was on the top floor with balcony panoramic rooftop view looking onto the vast city of Istanbul and the sea it resides. The room was large and homely with a modern on suit bathroom which was immaculately cleaned daily. The breakfast was hot and cold buffet and staff was happy to oblige when we asked for omelette or scrabbled eggs.. The location was ideal for local restaurants and access to public transport which provided shorts trips to the city sites and shopping. All of which made for a very enjoyable city break.

Cons: The wifi was good but there was some short periods of the day when access was in and out, however, this was only very limited times.

Pros: Very hospital staff. Lovely owner & exceptional breakfast everyday!

Almost perfect

Pros: The staff I liked almost everything. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel’s location is very good. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and delicious. I wish I had known about the hotel earlier — I would have booked a longer stay. I will definitely stay here again

Cons: There were no thick blankets. They asked us to change rooms after one night due to a misunderstanding between the room I had booked and the one we were given. However, after a brief discussion, they agreed not to move us

Pros: Hotel was in comfortable location near public transport. Personnel speaks english, always ready to help. The room was clean, bed sheets and towels was changed every day. Breakfast was delicous you can also get turkish coffee. Recommend choosing this hotel.

Pros: We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The manager, Farhad, was especially accommodating and made us feel at home – his friendly and professional attitude truly stood out. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch – everything was spotless and well taken care of. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable stay. We will definitely return!

Pros: Staff were exceptional and very welcoming, bedrooms were cleaned frequently, location was close to lots of tourist sites, definitely would recommend this place

Pros: Clean and big room, we got an upgrade for free for a room with a balcony Friendly staff Close to the metro and trams
