Pros: We were three friends visiting Istanbul and Crowned Exclusive Hotel turned out to be the perfect choice. The location is amazing — right in Fatih, close to Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, and easy access to everything by tram. What made our stay even better was the hospitality: the staff were always kind, helpful, and made us feel at home from the first day. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. For us, the combination of the emplacement and the warm welcome made it a solid 10/10.

Pros: Le petit déjeuner la dame qui se en occuper très gentille diecretion assuré

Cons: La vue on devais avoir vue sur la ville et nous avons vue sur l arriere dommage dans l ensemble c était bien et normalement dans le prix que je devais payer je devais avoir le taxis gratuit quand j ai payé on m'a fait une réduction de 4 euros se qui a fait que je n ai plus eu le taxi j ai du le payer en plus déçu aussi c est que ont ne se comprenais pas
