Lovely stay in the heart of Istanbul

Pros: close to local transport system, staff were friendly and rooms were very comfortable size

Good hotel in a good loaction

Pros: Great hotel in a great location. The swimming pool is small and the price is £10 per hour, per person. So that £40 per hour for my family of four! Not worth it. The reception staff, cleaning staff were amazing and do a lot for this hotel. The owners and kitchen staff need to learn some customer relations skills as they were miserable and at one point the hotel owner wanted to charge me $100 for a table that he said we broke, but we did not break it.

Cons: Hotel owner is only after your money. He doesn't care about the customers/guests. The hotel is out dated but is in a good location which is why he has no shortage of guests (mainly Arabic guests as Aksaray and Yusufpasa area is full of Arabs. Reminded me of little Dubai.
