Pros: The breakfast was excellent, and enjoying Turkish coffee on the hotel terrace was a real treat. We stayed as a family; it's an ideal hotel for families, worthy of being a 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful in every way. Thank you so much for everything. I sat in the lobby and worked on my computer for long periods; it was quiet and peaceful. And they offered unlimited coffee, and the detox water was fantastic too.

Pros: A comfortable place close to everything. The metro station, tram station and tourist attractions are within walking distance. Mr. Fatih at the reception was especially helpful. Thank you for everything.

Pros: We came with a group of friends and loved it. After leaving the hotel, there were many restaurants, bars, cafes, and other places nearby. I recommend it to anyone staying there.

Very close to the central metro and Marmara

Pros: Fatih Bey at the front desk was very helpful. We wanted to check in early, and he helped us with that. Our room was very spacious and clean. The price was also quite reasonable. If I come back to Istanbul, I will stay here again with my family.

Pros: I like the location, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good

Cons: The toilet facilities were not good. No tooth brush and tooth paste, no enough soap and shamppon for washing.and no functional tele in the room

Pros: First of all, thank you very much for everything, especially Mr. Fatih was very helpful. It is in a very good location, from the breakfast to the cleanliness to the proximity to all touristic areas. It will definitely be my first choice when I come to Istanbul again. :)

Очень удобное месторасположение, отель чистый и уютный.

Pros: Вежливый персонал. Мы приехали в день заселения рано утром в 10:00. По факту мы должны были заселиться в 14:00. Но нам выдали ключи сразу же, и мы уже отдыхали в номере с 10 утра. За это очень благодарен. Номера чистые, каждый день делали уборку в номере и меняли ванные полотенца.
