A pleasant and comfortable stay from start to finish.

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was extremely hospitable and welcoming. The reception team was always ready to help with anything we needed, and we really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in. They also speak a little Romanian, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, a great experience that we would definitely recommend!

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. Whenever there was anything at all, the staff was always available and ready to help, making sure we felt comfortable.

Pros: Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, close to everything I needed. The only downside was the poor sound insulation - I could hear noise from the hallway. Other than that, everything was great!

The showers have to be fixed ! It’s not 4 stars standard. Also they should separe the breakfast aria cause it smells in

Pros: The staff and concierge 24 h . They had sauna and hamam free, but I didn’t go as I didn’t know about it before .

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Mays Royal Hotel Istanbul I had a great experience at this hotel. The managers were very kind, helpful, and always available when I needed something. Especially Wafa, who has a lot of knowledge and gave great advice about the city and places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect, close to transport and shops. The breakfast was brilliant, and the kitchen staff were also very kind and helpful. I really appreciated the warm hospitality — I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: In general i loved to be there, good atmosphere, clean, comfy, and friendly staff. We were happy to have breakfast included:)

Cons: Too thin walls, you hear everything around. One night i couldn’t sleep , as someone was using washing machine all night long. But probably most of hotels there have this issue, it’s just built this way.
