Nice hotel in Istanbul, Yenikapi

Pros: The hotel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The check-in is easy. It is around 5 minutes (walking) away from the nearest metro station Yenikapi. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

Good for one or two nights

Pros: We needed to change our room and they were very kind and promtly found us a solution. Staff are very kind, especially the cleaning lady Firuza. She helped us when we needed.

Cons: Rooms are dark and the AC makes a weird noise even when it's off.

A perfect accommodation in the heart of Istanbul

Pros: This is one of my best stays ever. The hotel is central location. Great neighbourhood with all shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. The hotel deserves all the stars 🌟 ✨️. It's super clean, and the breakfast buffet is very generous. The staff is super friendly. Mr. Muslim and the assistant lady are the right people to meet in the morning. They are very warm and smiley. The way they receive guests for breakfast or whenever you come across shows great manners, respect, and professionalism. The night shift gentleman is also very kind and helpful. Special thanks for the soft music during breakfast, it s the best start for the day. We stayed 5 nights, I definitely recommend the place and I will come back whenever I visit Istanbul. Thanks from the heart ❤️

Good stuff

Pros: The staff at this hotel were very helpful.They didn't try to impose anything, they just communicated sincerely and helped a lot. Especially Muslum bey at the reception who can speak good English and Feroza the cleaning lady who can speak Russian. Both of them made a stay very enjoyable Also there's an elevator in the facility. Very helpful if you have luggage.
